Our point of view is that laser vision correction should be a positive, life-changing experience.

We truly understand how important your vision is to you, and just how badly you’d like it improved.

You’re taking the first step right now, and we’re with you along the way.

We’ll inspire you, educate you, and take care of you.

And in the end, you’ll see the world in a whole new way.

Marc Sanders, M.D.

Surgeon

Dr. Marc Sanders is a recognized leader in cataract and refractive surgery.

Among the first surgeons to perform laser vision correction over fifteen years ago, Dr. Sanders has stayed at the forefront of this rapidly changing field. He was one of the first surgeons to offer new techniques, such as femtosecond all-laser LASIK, custom wavefront optimized LASIK, refractive lens exchange, laser assisted cataract surgery with the LenSx and Catalyst lasers, and presbyopic intraocular lenses. Dr. Sanders is a part-time professor at University of Houston where he teaches optometrists in training. Committed to education and research, Dr. Sanders has published articles in the leading ophthalmic journals and has participated in clinical trials.

It should come as no surprise that many physicians and surgeons in the Houston area have chosen Dr. Sanders to perform their own eye surgery. The fact that these doctors have inside knowledge of the abilities of all eye surgeons in the area is a testament to Dr. Sanders’ surgical skill. Dr. Sanders has also operated on a variety of local and national celebrities. Dr. Sanders ranks as one of the top doctors in various surveys including H-Texas Magazine, Houstonia, and others.

Dr. Sanders is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine, where he now holds a faculty position. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of both the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
